Summary:

The drama series "Family" surrounds the story of the two families Wan and Wang. The friendship between the two families is always good.They have made promise that their children will be married. And thanks to the bond of marriage, the relationship of the two families is getting more and more intimate.

Problems start to happen after the Wedding ceremony. There was a lot of conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. One side is the young beautiful daughter-in-law and the other side is the strict mother-in-law. Each of them has their own opinion. And because of the generation differences between them, the two families become discord.

Meanwhile, Wan Shai Ping wants to be a chef in the Dong Sheng restaurant. She is very good at cooking and she has a deep passion in cuisine. So she has tried so hard to discovery many cuisines around the world for the Cooking  Competition of the Restaurant. Finally, Shai Ping decides to cook the dish which  Mr.Chao Yi had taught her. This dish makes Mr. Lo Kun Shing ,the chairman of the restaurant, was surprised and delighted. But she still fails . So what was the reason ?
