AUDIO TECHNICIAN/ SOUND LIVE TECHNICIAN

 

* Deadline: 31-12-2016

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Implementing postproduction (dubbing) for programs / dramas produced and post produced by VINACJ
  • Making recordings, lipsyne and harmonies for foreign programs and dramas, record voice-over.
  • Coordinating with the actor to make records, voice-over of dramas followed by schedule to ensure product quality.
  • Making music and sound when needed.
  • Reporting the dubbing progress, coordinate directly with the manager to make voice-over plans for the next programs.
  • Keeping confidential information related to the assigned work.
  • Reporting the irresolvable incident or problems itself to the Head of Department.
  • Performing other duties as requested by the Head of Department.

 

Requirements:

Graduated from professional college or equivalent or more in sectors: audio, electronics, information technology, computer, network administration.

Capability of listening and acting aware (of sound) of the characters in dramas.

DIGITAL VIRAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating the content of websites.
  • Finding information/ materials related to the dramas (content, actors,...) on media followed by broadcasting plans.
  • Translating information/ documents into Vietnamese (if foreign programs/ dramas/ music).
  • Reading and replying mails in English.
  • Communicating in English with foreign partners.
  • Posting content from Copywriter on the website and social networking sites & forums (Yume, Zingme, Cyworld, Facebook,...); writing, posting more information to enrich the content/ pictures on social networking sites and forums. Quote the link to the company website to increase number of visitors.
  • Regularly updating information about the dramas/ programs/ music are broadcasting on television, take care & answer questions of members on mentioned social networking sites (if needed).
  • Reporting online marketing activities monthly.
  • Following incentive programs on websites or TV.
  • Implementing procedures of rewards/ prizes for winners.
  • Saving the related working documents.
  • Translating company events into English.
  • Supporting other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Responsibilities:

 

- Designing incentive programs broadcasted on television

- Making trailer for the incentive programs

- Design Pop up channel

- Supporting E-card design

- Designing program identifier as required when Program Department has new programs:

+ Picture brands, musical themes.

+ Pictures cut.

+ Pop ups, bar, logo, ending, highlight, backgroup (key MC).

- Supporting Department of Commerce/ Department of Program to make graphic design products (sponsor rights):

+ Pop up customer products.

+ Swiveling Logo.

+ Banner.

- Performing other related tasks to put the file out, transfer the designed file (web, trailer,...) to make next progress.

- Designing keyvisual for shows/ events of the company.

- Performing other duties as assigned by the Head of 3D / Director of B & P.

2D GRAPHIC DESIGNER.

Responsibilities:

 

  1. 2D Graphic Design
  • Contributing ideas for the 2D products of the company.
  • Drawing Wacom for character designs/ products for VINACJ for channels of VINACJ as well as journals and events.
  • Designing other 2D products in the company's projects: poster, leaflet, brochures…
  • Supporting web team to design banner.
  • Supporting 3D team to draw characters, environments, objects and other graphic elements for animation products and trailer team to design endframe 2D, pop-up ... as assigned by seniors.
  1. Layout Design
  • Editing and completing the assigned layout.
  • Supporting to design final artwork in related work as assigned by seniors.
  • Supporting related parts (web, trailer, magazines) to sum up and put out files when requested.
  • Performing other duties as required by seniors.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Gender:

2. Degree / specialization:

  • Graduated college, university in sectors: design, graphics, multimedia design.
  • Using and drawing on Wacom platform competently.
  • Using and manipulating quickly with related designing software: Adobe Illustrator CS, Adobe In Design CS, Adobe Photoshop CS.

3. Skills:

  • Presentation Skills, protecting ideas and inspiring viewers are the leading factors.
  • In addition to graphics software, office software skills are needed such as Google doc (construct concept, raise ideas), Google Slide (perform slides presentation of picture of the products, reference to other creative sources of inspiration for your creative part).
  • Arrangement and management project skills are paramount. Arranging assigned products in logical and clear direction. Specifically, the output file will be found in the folder Exports, the element files in working process will be stored in specific folders to avoid file loss.
  • Besides knowledge of printing, color code as well as printed product materials; knowledge of television and broadcasting media forms are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently/ group and work well under pressure.
  • Good observation and color recognition.
  • Agility and flexibility in handling the job.

4. Experience:

  • Drawing Wacom, hand drawing, graphic design, image processing and printing experiences needed.
  • Priority for candidates with experience working at TV stations

5. Personal Qualities:

  • Careful, diligent with special attention for small details.
  • Responsible spirit.
  • Sociable and cooperate with members in the department.
